Below is a list of Frequently Asked Questions.

Q: What are your services?

A: P3 Wellness provides clients with professional in home care services. These include, but not limited to: personal care, homemaking, assistance with correspondence, accompaniment to appointments, help with abactivities of daily living and more. Also, we can assist with home modifications such as installation of grab bars or building a wheelchair ramp. And finally, we can provide personal and financial services. Q: What areas do you serve?

A: Vancouver and surrounding areas such as Richmond, North and West Vancouver, Coquitlam, Burnaby, Port Coquitlam, Surrey, Tsawwassen, and White Rock.

Q: Who is P3 Wellness?

A: We are a professional group made up of a management team with healthcare experience and a large group of dedicated healthcare professionals.

Q: Are your employees insured and bonded?

A: All of our employees have gone through a criminal records check, are insured and bonded.

Q: How much does your service cost?

A: Our rates will vary depending on the skills required and will vary depending your personalized care plan that is provided to you free of charge. Our rates average $25/hour.

Q: Do you have caregivers that speak other languages?

A: Yes. Besides English, we also have caregivers fluent in French, German, Hindi, Punjabi, Tagolog, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Q: Do you provide Caregivers at minimum wage that participate in the federal government’s Live-In Caregiver Program?

A: Not at this time, however, we can refer you to an agency who can assist you with finding a Live-In Caregiver who is in the program. We can assist with a caregiver who is not in the program, however, the rate will be higher than minimum wage.
